If you have a PS3, you can get the original PSX version for like $10-$20 via the PlayStation Network store. The original game was 3 CDs long, so plan on about a 1.4GB download for the entire game. And sadly, it's a literal port to the PS3, including the complete and total lack of any analog control support.

FFVIII and XI are up there too if you want to relive the PSX classics.

These days, Steam is probably the best bet for PC games, and the Xbox Live Network and PlayStation Network have a whole lot of older games you can buy and download. Nintendo too. If you go to just about any store, you can find Atari and Sega classic compilation discs.
